When people hear the term exclusive co-living or exclusive boarding house, many immediately imagine a quiet and private living environment. It is often associated with a place where everyone keeps to themselves, enjoying their own space and daily routines, with very little interaction among residents. However, that perception does not fully apply at Sakura Terrace.
At Sakura Terrace, residents can still enjoy the comfort of their personal space while remaining connected to a warm and welcoming community. The concept of living here goes beyond providing comfortable rooms and modern facilities. It also focuses on creating a friendly atmosphere where residents feel encouraged to interact and build meaningful connections with one another.

The presence of approachable and supportive staff also plays an important role in fostering this environment. Their friendliness helps create a space where residents feel comfortable chatting, sharing stories, and spending time together. As a result, Sakura Terrace becomes not just a place to stay, but also a place where a sense of community can naturally grow.
This sense of togetherness becomes even more meaningful during special moments, such as the month of Ramadan. Known as a time for reflection, gratitude, and connection, Ramadan provides the perfect opportunity to strengthen relationships among residents and staff.
Currently, Sakura Terrace operates three locations in Jakarta: Bendungan Hilir, Sudirman, and Setiabudi. To celebrate the spirit of Ramadan, each branch organized a communal iftar (breaking of the fast) event, held consecutively on March 3rd, 4th, and 5th, 2026. These gatherings were designed not only as a time to enjoy a meal together, but also as a moment for residents to relax, socialize, and get to know one another better.

The events were made even more lively with fun mini games that brought laughter and excitement to the evening. Residents who participated also had the chance to win small prizes as a token of appreciation for joining and helping create a joyful atmosphere.
Through events like these, Sakura Terrace aims to build a living environment that offers not only physical comfort but also a warm social experience. Simple moments such as sharing a meal during iftar can become meaningful opportunities to strengthen bonds, share happiness, and create lasting connections among the community.

Living in an exclusive co-living space does not have to mean living in silence or isolation. At Sakura Terrace, residents can enjoy the best of both worlds: the privacy of their own space and the warmth of a welcoming community.
